What Goes Into a Santa Quote
We’ve been at this since 1972, and one thing we’ve learned: clients appreciate honesty over a number that doesn’t mean anything until you understand what’s behind it. Santa Claus pricing varies — sometimes significantly — based on a handful of key factors.
We don’t list a flat rate because a 30-minute home visit in Scottsdale on December 20th and a four-hour corporate gala in Manhattan in early December are completely different engagements. What we can do is give you a clear framework for what to expect, and then provide a real quote based on your specific event.
Duration
A standard home visit runs 30–45 minutes. Corporate appearances often run 2–4 hours. Longer bookings cost more — and are worth planning carefully so Santa’s time is used well.
Location
We serve clients from Phoenix to New York to Seattle. Travel time and distance factor into pricing, especially for events outside a Santa’s home market.
Event Type
A private home visit is different from a 500-person corporate gala or a parade float appearance. The nature of the event shapes the experience level required.
Date & Demand
December is peak season. The first three weekends of December and Christmas Eve book earliest and command premium rates. October–November and early December weekdays are more available.
Experience Level
We have Santas at multiple experience tiers. A newer entertainer may be perfect for a casual office party; our most seasoned veterans are reserved for high-profile events where stakes are highest.
Add-Ons
Professional photography, Mrs. Claus accompaniment, letter-writing stations, custom scripts for corporate events, and other enhancements are available and priced separately.
