In 1972, when most “entertainment agencies” were booking wedding bands and local talent, Santa Claus and Company opened its doors in Arizona with one very specific mission: to represent the finest professional Santa Claus entertainers in the country. That singular focus hasn’t changed in over five decades.
We are, to our knowledge, the longest-running Santa Claus staffing agency in the United States. That’s not a marketing claim — it’s a documented history. We were doing this before the internet, before online booking, before anyone thought to call it the “experience economy.” We simply knew that bringing Santa to life, authentically, was something people would always value.

Our History
Founded in Phoenix, Arizona. The first formal Santa Claus staffing agency of its kind in the country. Our founder recognized that authentic, professional Santa experiences required the same rigor as any performing arts booking — vetting, contracts, training, and accountability.
Expanded from private home visits into corporate and retail. As the Valley of the Sun grew into a major metro, so did demand for premium Santa experiences at office parties, malls, and community events. We grew with it.
Formalized our background-check and vetting process. As awareness around child safety grew nationally, we implemented a structured screening program that has since become the industry standard we’ve always held ourselves to.
Joined the HireSanta.com family of companies, expanding reach nationwide. What started as an Arizona institution became a resource for clients from coast to coast — without ever compromising the personal attention that built our reputation.
