We’re Recruiting Professional Santas Nationwide
Santa Claus and Company has been the gold standard in Santa entertainment since 1972. Our reputation is built on one thing: the quality of the people we send. Every client who calls us — whether it’s a family in Dallas or a Fortune 500 company in New York — is trusting us to deliver an experience that lives up to 50+ years of history.
That means we’re selective. We don’t roster everyone who applies. But if you’re genuinely good at what you do — or you have the raw material to become great — we want to hear from you.
We work with Santas at all experience levels, from seasoned veterans with decades of appearances to newer performers with strong presence and natural warmth. What we don’t work with: anyone who treats this as a casual side gig.
What We Look For
Here’s an honest breakdown of what matters to us — split into what’s required and what’s preferred but not mandatory.
Clear Background Check
Required — no exceptions. Every Santa in our network is screened. This protects our clients and protects you.
Professional Demeanor
Required. You represent our 50+ year legacy every time you step into character. Tardiness, unprofessionalism, or breaking character ends the relationship.
Reliable Communication
Required. We need to be able to reach you, confirm bookings, and trust that you’ll show up. Simple as that.
Quality Costume
Required. You must have a professional-grade Santa suit. We can advise on vendors if you need direction — but a department store costume won’t cut it.
Real Beard (Preferred)
Our Elite-tier Santas are required to have natural beards. For Standard and Premium tiers, a high-quality styled beard is acceptable.
Previous Experience
Helpful but not required. We’ve developed excellent Santas from scratch. What we can’t teach is genuine warmth — that has to already be there.

We handle all client intake, booking logistics, and follow-up. You focus on the performance. We’ve been doing this long enough to know exactly how to set you up for success — including briefing you thoroughly on each event so you’re never walking in blind.
Compensation is competitive and paid promptly. Booking volume depends on your tier, market, availability, and how clients respond to your work. Santas who consistently deliver excellent experiences get more bookings. That’s the deal.
