Our Santas review this before arrival and incorporate it naturally into the visit. Kids are always amazed that Santa “already knows.”
For a household with 3–5 children, a 45-minute to 1-hour visit is typically ideal. For larger neighborhood gatherings with 10 or more children, we recommend 90 minutes to 2 hours. Santa will work through the group thoughtfully, ensuring each child gets a genuine individual moment — not just a quick photo and wave.
We can absolutely coordinate this. Many families stage wrapped gifts for Santa to distribute during his visit. We’ll work with you on the logistics — what Santa says, how gifts are staged, the timing relative to his arrival — to make the moment feel completely authentic rather than staged.
